Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Include all original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear.

How to Start a Return

  • Reason for the return
  • Photos of the product if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
  • Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or if the wrong product was delivered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
